He did everything right and still lost. Years of martial arts, weightlifting, and cycling couldn't outrun what was happening metabolically. The problem wasn't effort. It was information.
Standard approaches weren't asking the right questions. George went looking for better ones.
As a pre-med biology major at California Baptist University and Southern California University of Health Sciences, he applied the principles of physiology and nutrition to his own body as a living experiment. What followed wasn't just a physical transformation. It became a mission.
